END ALL SLAVERY IN AMERICA

Created by B.W. on June 27, 2012

The Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, EXCEPT as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

It is time to petition our government to end Slavery entirely in the United States of America by amending the 13th Amendment to read:

‘Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.’

There shall be no EXCEPTIONS. There shall be no debtors prisons. There shall be no ruling aristocracy. Democracy shall preserve the rights to all Americans.
