End all taxpayer funded benefits and compensation for elected officials upon completion of their service/term.

Elected officials of the Congress, the Senate, the Executive Branch to include cabinet members and most other elected positions (Governors, Mayors, etc.) substanially benefit economically during their service and follow on opportunities to the tune of 600% on average from their positions. Why should the taxpayer continue to pay them a salary for the rest of their lives? You have received more then adequate compensation for your SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY during your term of service. Stop the fleecing of the taxpayer. Theft is Theft, whether or not it is legal is another matter.
