End all unconstitutional domestic data collection and surveillance programs that target US citizens.

The recent disclosures made by Edward Snowden and other independent news agencies have confirmed that the NSA is no longer operating within its constitutional limits. The programs of the NSA collect data using a dragnet approach that targets the private communications of innocent Americans. FISA courts issue warrants without proper scrutiny and thus have failed to provide adequate protection against the abuses of the NSA. We petition the President of the United States to uphold his oath to defend the integrity of the Constitution by ordering the immediate cancellation of any NSA programs that, whether intentionally or as a result of an autonomous system, collect the electronic data of US citizens or monitor their communications.
