The time of lies, secrecy, and unconstitutional programs were long in the past, or so we thought. With the new knowledge that the U.S. government still allows secret, unconstitutional programs like PRISM, our civil liberties are being violated. Secret Courts like FISC rule on these secret programs with an extreme bias, including: appointing judges from criminal justice backgrounds, presenting one side (if even the full side), and there are no appeals.
