This petition is to end the United State's fifty year old embargo against Cuba. I wish that the embargo to be lifted so that Cubans and Americans can communicate with each other and it lead to democracy in Cuba due to the exposure of American ideas and values in Cuba. The embargo is also a two way street which means that we lose money also because of the embargo. It would be meaningful to have Cuba be exposed to more American values and ideas that would lead it to be able to have more freedom and further transition to the free enterprise system.
