End the American Psychological Association monopoly.

Created by I.V. on December 27, 2012

In the U.S. exists many professional psychological associations, but the American Psychology Association seems to think they are the only one. They even have created the so call “A.P.A. Accreditation” for universities. Some companies and even the US government have established a policy of only hiring people that come from one of the colleges with named certification. This is a discriminatory policy. Neither the A.P.A., nor any other professional association should have the power to over doctoral programs, the government already have institutions for that end . Nor should the absence of the certification should be disqualify a person for possibly employment in the private or public sector.
