End any research/program dealing with the Radio Waves and the Human Mind in Giacomo,Alaska and all the United States

We the people of the United States ask the Obama administration to end any and all research dealing with the Civilian Population of the United States.and Radio Waves ,the Brain and Human Phisiology as is being conducted in Giacomo,Alaska, via USAF,,as dangerous and counter productive to all Americans and was reported to cause paranoia, as this Technology was duplicated by private Industry and demonstrated on television by a Doctor in Alaska\ who had dealt with this technology, through his own negative experiance and many of his neighbors,This fact alone ,is a danger to the United States , our future security.and is a violation of all our moral codes,beliefs and norms
