Currently, in each state there are different statutes of limitation for prosecuting rape and/or sexual assault. The victims of such a horrendous crime however remain scarred for life. Dealing with issues such as P.T.S.D
By ending such statutes of limitations the victim has a greater chance of one day seeing justice and the chances of that assailant being able to walk free become limited.
