end appearance based discrimination by employers.

Created by W.S. on November 20, 2012

I wish it to be added to the already enforced law regarding discrimination, which prevents employment discrimination that we also not be discriminated against based on our appearance choices such as piercings, tattoos, and hair color. It should be our right to look in a way which makes us feel confident and comfortable as an individual. It does not hurt any one and there is no real grounds for this discrimination.

On the topic of safety, if it can be proven that a specific piece of jewelry presents a real and significant hazard it should still require the necessary adaptation to meet safety standards.

Also in the event that a tattoo is offensive such as nudity, gang relation, further discrimination or racism of its own, it should then be hidden from the view of customers
