End the Army's sequester which will only allow 22% of the Army to train to standard. The other 78% will have their training cut to the squad level in the current plan.
Also reinstate the 1.7% pay increase for military personnel. The current plan is to cut it to 1% which will lead to military personnel heading into poverty and a drop in quality officers and NCOs.
