Since 1938 the FDA has banned the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs and similar confectioneries.
It is time to lift the ban, as the Kinder Surprise Eggs come with ample consumer warnings and pose no immediate threat to Americans.
Katelyn Pearce, 9, and her sister, Madelyn Pearce, 8, feel that it isn't fair to deny them and their fellow American children the chance to receive these from family and friends. Especially since the packaging has appropriate warnings and they feel that since this is America, they should have to right to buy these special treats.
