We appreciate the fact that the government is looking out for our well being, but this does come at a cost. It is an individuals and a parent's responsibility to look out for the well being of themselves and their family. Kinder surprise eggs and other child treats are very well packaged and leave no confusion on whether or not the non edible contents are edible or not. End the highly paternalistic law of toys being banned from being placed inside confection and if you see fit require warning labeling.
