The Government has an unimaginable amount of tax payer money being secretly funneled into the, "Black Budget," for secret projects and covert operations.
This is kept under wraps as a National Security thing, but it is far more of a cash cow for the government than anything else.
True area 51 is an R&D site for things like the stealth planes. The Government LOVES the nuts with tin foil on their heads looking for space men.
Now it is time for the government to come clean on this mess and stop embezzling the money for fun projects that help friends and family get a great paying government job.
