End the Boko Haram's campaign of terror and recover those 219 kidnapped girls.

Created by T.B. on January 09, 2015

We urge this administration to find any way possible, working within the Leahy law, to end the Boko Haram's campaign of terror in Nigeria. Their violence has led 2,000 confirmed deaths, with the Council on Foreign Relations estimating the death toll to be 15,000. The Boko Haram have razed 6 cities to the ground displacing 30,000 people and seized the Nigerian Multi-National Joint Task Force Base in Baga, providing unknown amounts of weapons, munitions and tactical vehicles for their terrorist organization. Last May, the Boko Haram kidnapped 219 girls from the town of Chibok, who still have not been recovered and are feared to have been sold into sexual slavery. This is an unacceptable human rights travesty on the world's stage.
