BSL (breed restrictions in housing and insurance coverage) does not prevent dogs from causing damage. The owners are the problem. Dogs should be allowed by a case-by-case basis. All BSL does is limit the housing available for the good pets and their owners. Pets should be allowed or denied depending on their behavior and temperament, not because of their breed. Discrimination is illegal when it comes to humans and our race, religion, sex, etc.. Why is it legal for our pets to be discriminated against? It just wastes money to keep up the bans, and ruins happy families.
