Let's end the law on child support and make it a volunteer choice, Good parents will pay. To many women are living a 18 yr vacation from one or several fathers. It's not right for a father to be told by a court of law that he cannot have full custody. Basically tieing his hands and giving him no choice and then say by law you must pay this amount or face jail time. The courts made the law to take away his rights so why should he pay. Also women are not being viewed as individuals who may be mentally unstable or unfit in must of all cases the woman gets custody. I believe in order to uptain custody as a parent you must undergo a mental evaluation, drug test, and be proven to have the capability as the courts see now to take care of the child/children on your own without Govt assistants.
