End bullying in high schools, middle schools and elementary schools.

Kids are at their prime when learning should be focused without distractions of torture. Verbal and physical assaults wounds deeply and are ingrained into a child's soul. These traumas are carried into adulthood, while some victims has ended their life due to intolerable abuse from young predators in schools. Poor academic performance, social anxiety, low self esteem, stolen confidence and deaths are the results of bullying. Victims can not help but feel imprisoned within themselves and has difficulty to cry for help. This petition is in the hopes of proposing a law that implements young bullies to be incarcerated and assigned to intense programs for up to two years. Let us bring justice and freedom for the the past and present victims and provide immense hope for future generations.
