End the california teachers union!

California has one of the worst public education systems in the country. One of the main reasons becuase the teachers union prevents bad teachers from getting fired. Almost every other job in America is performance based pay. If teachers are bad shouldn't they get paid less or fired or not hired to begin with? Giving teachers tenure and not being able to fire bad teachers who don't do their jobs is DESTROYING our public education system. Teachers who work hard everyday and try to make their students succeed should be getting paid more than teachers who do not teach. End the California teachers Union. It is destroying our public education system
