End Cannabis Prohibition. End the War on Drugs. Free Non-Violent Drug Offenders. Abolish the DEA.

Created by J.H. on April 09, 2016

We the People are calling upon the President of the United States to issue an Executive Order to end drug prohibition, end the failed war on drugs, end Cananbis prohibition, deschedule the Cannabis plant, releash all non-violent drug offenders nationwide, and abolish the Drug Enforcement Agency. Thus decriminalizing Cannabis nationwide and granting Liberty to millions of Americans to cultivate, process, consume, and sell any amount of the Cannabis plant they so choose without fear of any criminalization. To violate the right of the individual to use the plant would be to violate the individuals Civil Right. Any person or Law Enforcement agency that violates the right of the Cannabis cultivator, processor, user, or seller would be charged with Class A Misdemeanor under this Executive Order.
