Put a stop to able bodied/mind people from collecting welfare for a career. No reason people can collect a welfare check because they don't wanna work at a fast food place or as a janitor. Why tax my checks hard when I have to work in 110 degrees and they get to drive a new Cadillac to a food stamp office. Cut the dead beats off.
