END THE CENTURY OLD EMBARGO AGAINST CUBA.

We urge the Obama Administration to lift the half century old embargo against the Cuban government and it's citizens. On October 23, 2013, for the 22nd consecutive year at the UN, the General Assembly voted 188 in favor to 2 against (US and Israel) to end the embargo against Cuba. Clearly, such a vote shows that the entire world now stands against such pointless and archaic policy. This embargo has done nothing but kept Cuba's regime in power and for the last half century, punished the people of Cuba. Recent polls show that the majority of Americans do not see Cuba as a threat and wish to end the embargo. Cuba is no more threatening than China, yet our leaders stand shoulder to shoulder with Chinese government leaders who have a poor human rights record. End this unpopular embargo NOW!
