We feel that child support enforcement violates constitutional rights . The act of not abiding by the rules and abusing the process for the purposes of conviction are a violation of constitutuional rights .Abuse of authority between parents for the purpose of profit . This also violates our constitutional rights . We feel that decisions made for the child are the parents only and not the right of any state or government . These are our human rights by GOD himself and no one should be allowed by constitution to violate this right. We have petitioned our states repeatedly on this issue due to the abuse of the law .The contempt portion of this law condems parents to jail for not filing for a modification when we lose a job therefore making guilty .We strongly oppose anymore regulation.
