End Child Welfare Discrimination To Disabled parents. Children neglected/abused need a voice don't punish good parents

I am Astounded by the fact my daughter is taken by Child welfare she was never abused or neglected she was a happy healthy baby who was disabled from birth. Although she had no probable cause of why she was disabled to prove why she was. Child welfare took it as if they can't find a reason, "Well its the parent's fault!" I live in a world that is unfair and unjust! A parent who is Disabled should have rights to have children mine I feel were taken for no reason!!! Let's stop the games and Bull and let good parent's be good parent's.The children who really are neglected and abused need the help when are they ever going to stop the games?
