Law enforcement agents are now capable of seizing personal property based on pure speculation it could be involved in criminal activity. A man's dreams were stolen from him when he was travelling with $2.5K loaned to him from his father for the start up of a new business. Simply because the law enforcement officer speculated it was for drugs. The man was traveling from Detroit to CA... No one needs to travel away from Detroit to buy drugs, it's insane and unconstitutional.. Quit seizing our asset's based on speculation to fund your ridiculously over funded and over staffed law enforcement agencies... What is wrong with this country????
