Due to the issues that we the people have been facing when attempting to vote, we should have Open primaries so that people do not have their right to vote stripped from them.
Closed primaries infringe on people's right to vote and are not democratic.
There have been countless report of people's parties being switched without their knowledge and of people being removed from the system altogether.
Open primaries would reduce the issues people face when voting and allow everyone to vote, no matter their political party.
