Comcast has abysmal consumer ratings with nearly every consumer reporting organization and this is directly due to their unfair business practices and overall monopoly as an internet and cable service provider. We ask that the President and Congress address this issue that is long overdue.
Comcast should not be allowed to offer sub par service and swindle the American consumer due to lack of better options. In some places Comcast is the only option for consumers and this is completely unacceptable.
