As it stands now America's highest state average of internet speeds and customer quality satisfaction is not even in the top 10 countries anymore.
The Reason: Comcast - due to a court ruling in several states if not all states (to a degree) cannot offer better internet services under the pretense that: "The services would be too competitive and it would put them out of business" - the ruling ruled in favor of comcast breaking all monopoly laws and establishing a tyrannical monopoly that abuses its consumers.
