Please bring back open and honest Presidential debates. There should be no more contracts by bi-partisan Democratic and Republican parties to script and create a television political carnival every four years. It is a carnival because the issues that are most important are not debated, due to the two parties choosing the topics and answers ahead of time. We should have an authentic discussion on public issues in question, which involves opposing viewpoints to be heard by all Americans. Our debates should be put back into the hands of the people. The debates were once in the hands of The Women's League of Voters. Please bring back genuine debates in 2012. Then keep this change for the future election cycles. Save our Democracy and free speech. Peace and love to all.
