The PARCC tests are wasting to much time in the classroom. Depending on grade level, students are spending between 10-13 hours compared to 5 hours from previous assesments. Teachers are having to spend teaching time teaching students how to take the tests when they could be teaching what's on the test. Common core is ruining America. Students are becoming stressed out and purposely leaving the test blank. A total waste of money.
