end the Confederate-American War also known as the US Civil War, War of Northern Aggression or Confederate Revolution.

The war has been going on since 1861 & slavery is dead in the southern republics, the United States got what it was after in the war so all we want is:

For CSA states:

1) The right to vote on staying in the CSA, rejoining the USA or full independence

2) The right to exist for any state that goes for independence from both the USA & CSA

For Maryland:

1) The right to vote to join the CSA, remain in the USA or full independence

2) The right to exist if Maryland goes for independence from both the USA & CSA

For West Virginia/Kanawha:

1) The right to vote on independence, joining the CSA or joining the USA

2) The right to exist if independence is picked
