End Congressional Gridlock. All bills should get a vote in the House and Senate. No more procedure maneuvering.

Created by R.M. on August 02, 2014

Regardless of the absurdity of the bill, or who is in power or not in power, all bills proposed should have to be voted on. A bill will either have enough or not enough votes to pass. Members should have to go on the record, and have a position on each issue. No more blocking a vote, or a no-vote on a bill.

I think to make this possible we also need to stop bundling bills with non-related issues. An Immigration bill that also includes language on Aid to Israel perpetuates gridlock.

We need to end procedural maneuvering in our Congress
