End the construction of the permanent facilities by the Department of Defense in the Middle East

As the wars draw down in Iraq and Afghanistan the Air Force continues to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to construct permanent facilities in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. It is time to stop the wastefulness with the DoD, commanders on the ground reward the Airmen who spend the money to construct these facilities and once the wars are finished it will still cost the American tax pay millions of dollars to continue to maintain the facilities and continue to deploy troops there. We do not need these facilities for National Defense; it is just extra spending when we do not need to continue to spend
