End the contract with LIquidity services ? Government Liquidation with DOD and DLA for the sale of Government surplus

Government liquidation is literally taking millions out of the DOD funds to sell items, the drmo can sell just as easily . there is no reason the government needs a middleman to sell surplus items and especially scrap, DRMO already list items on there site for reutilization it is so easy for the items listed to go directly into a online auction platform such as the one GSA uses, all GL does is make LIquidity services owners multi millionaires and rip off american citizens by their misrepresentation of items, GL adds 10% on all sales and 25% from government and I understand they get another 10% at end of year for bonuses scrap sales. and on top of this they get 10% for shipping costs from companies listed on there website. the government has the technology to accomplish this as well
