End conventional warfare on terrorism

I petition the Obama administration to stop conventional warfare on terrorism because it is ineffective and causes more soldiers to lose lives. Conventional warfare is in ineffective compared to unconventional warfare. The National Intelligence Council said,“The general purpose of conventional warfare is to weaken or destroy the opponent's military force, thereby negating its ability to engage in conventional warfare” This would mean that there is no element of surprise and that the force is more likely to take casualties because the force is putting themselves in the open, therefore danger. Go Army said “ Unconventional warfare is an attempt to achieve military victory through acquiescence, capitulation, or clandestine support for one side of an existing conflict.” Unconventional warfare
