This grant fund can be accessed by any individual wanting to run for public office meeting qualifications & enduring an application process, allowing average, but educated individuals w/out sizable incomes an opportunity to run a campaign to hold office as a public servant. Media stations are to be given tax breaks for running ad's come each election cycle, it will drive down the use of propaganda, and right wing and left wing publications, media which are often credited as discriminating, taking pay outs for supporting those whom can afford it.
