End Corporate Funding of the Government

As a citizen in the United States, it's becoming alarmingly clear that due to Corporations being given the ability to spend money in politics, our representatives no longer represent us, but the corporations that fund them and their campaigns. Greed is becoming too big of a factor in our leadership for us to thrive as a nation. Politicians are no longer making decisions to genuinely benefit the country, but to instead benefit themselves. As a youth and as a citizen, I (along with the rest of my generation) inherit the mistakes and short-comings of the past 20-30 years. Representation is a vital part of our constitution and government. I believe laws should be put in place to assure that representation of the people be defended. We the people need to be represented, not corporations.
