All costs to corporations, ALL, are passed on to the consumer. The cost of government regulation, all operating costs of the corporation and all taxes are part of the end price of goods and services offered by the corporation. Accordingly, corporate taxes increase the cost of living for consumers.
Taxation should be at the household level only. Householders are consumers and voters. If taxation occurs once, at one threshold in the economoy, householders will understand clearly the extent of taxation and make informed decisions with respect to the level and type of taxation that they want as they vote.
The argument that corporations should pay their fair share of taxes is utterly misleading. Those taxes have already been priced into their goods and services.
