Corporations in America have an unfair advantage due to illegal and inhumane practices. The American Corporate Reform Act (ACRA) would take three measures to curb this problem. 1: Big box retailers will need approval from municipalities to build a new store there. 2: Commonly abused tax loopholes will finally be fixed. 3: Increased funding to global labor rights institutions to end the problem of illegal and inhumane labor practices both in America and worldwide. The ACRA will finally put small businesses on even footing with major corporations, who will finally be held accountable for their practices.
