The Unites States is a Capitalistic, Free Market Country. Tax breaks for multinational corporations, profitable or not, is contrary to our system and way of life.
Allowing tax breaks gives an unfair advantage to an established business, thus stifling competition from a start-up.
Basically, it's not the American way.
