This is a tall order, but it can be achieved with one simple step. We all know there are good cops, and they do good jobs. I've even met one or two. We have all seen the videos of police brutality and most of us heard about how the NYPD accepted a 4.6 million dollar bribe from a wall street bank (JP Morgan) to arrest 700 wall street protesters.
This problem, it can be put to an end. If we force all law enforcement officers to be tested for personality disorders such as sociopathy, psychopathy, narcissism, etc, then we can remove from their positions of authority, and allow only good cops to continue on. I dream of a land of the free, that can't happen if we have authority figures who have this ridiculous power over us, and no constraints on using it. Restrict power to those just of heart.
