Although Cuba is a communist controlled country it lacks sufficient adequate services that are available to everyone in the world, with the exception of North Korea (the hermit kingdom). Cuba has some bad rules on it's books but so does China and Russia, not to mention Mexico with it's corruption yet we do trade with them. Attached is a link from John Oliver about how Cuba is still on the enemy list......isn't ISIS an enemy?
