End the Cuban embargo and resume bilateral relations

Created by M.L. on March 09, 2013

Although the Castro regime is undeniably guilty of many human rights violations, our embargo has not improved life on the ground in either of our countries. It is time to end this outdated policy left over from the Cold War. We already have relations and openly trade with countries in similar situations, such as China and Vietnam, and it is not beneficial to Americans in any way to prevent them from traveling to or buying from Cuba.
