End Daylight Saving Time.

On Behalf of common citizens we request President Obama and the administration to draft amendments to the Uniform Time Act and Energy Policy Act of 2005 to remove the requirement for Daylight Savings Time. There is no viable need or benefit for this requirement and only serves to cause biological disruptions twice a year for negligible or negative benefit.
