Time should not change. Switching back and forth to daylight saving time complicates time-keeping, which adds needless frustration and confusion to people's everyday lives and can cause trouble for businesses. Any benefit that it may or may not give is outweighed by the complication it adds.
This petition is not specifically advocating "permanent daylight saving time" or "permanent standard time", only the cessation of switching between the two.
