With that many months for the summer time, we can do a onetime change to be permanently on summer time. Whether we do this, the old, agriculture time rule no longer has its value. The energy saving is a much much small percentage of the energy use nowadays – if it saves anything at all, and the inconvenience it causes the whole population to suffer, along with the cost it incurs makes it impacting the society and the economy more negatively than positively.
