end the debate with Russia and offer formal military support to the Syrian rebels

The Syrian people have suffered gratuitous human rights violations and violence at the hand of the al-Assad regime and deserve the right to chose leadership of their own. American military support would give them the opportunity to end the bloody stalemate and overthrow the al-Assad regime. Every human being deserves to the right to live without the fear of harm or death at the hands of their government or fellow human beings. The time to debate the best course of action with opposing Russian viewpoints is over.
