end deductions & tax advantages which discriminate long-term lifestyle decisions (home-buying, marriage and baby-making)

Created by L.R. on September 23, 2011

Government should not serve the purpose of picking winners and losers. It is unjust for the the tax system to give advantages to those who buy homes, get married and have children. Each of these long-term decisions is a fine decision for life, but they should not be subsidized by other taxpayers. At some time in history these activities might have been arguably beneficial to the settlement of our land, but not in contemporary times.
