Since the Bush Administration's Energy Policy of 2005, the Hydraulic Fracturing industry has been exempted from the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Safe Drinking Water Act. This has allowed oil companies to not disclose the harmful chemicals they use in their drilling operations and keeps them from being fined and restricted when they contaminate public and private water sources. Sign this petition to tell the Obama Administration change must come to the oil industry.
