The destruction that America has witnessed far too many times has resulted again in the senseless carnage of 26 dead, innocent children (in Newtown, CT). Let's together work toward reducing (and making rare) assault weapons for the protection of innocent children and adults! The result of this not occurring has gone on far too long, with far too many dead as a result.
The need for screening and waiting periods for background checks will help to reduce these senseless weapons ending up in the wrong hands! The White House just recently made it clear something needs to be done and soon!
