Many disabled persons each year are discriminated against by Child Welfare.
Each US Citizen has Constitutional rights to have persons, property without it being taken without a just cause.
But yet, Child Welfare takes these rights by taking children away from good standing parents just because of a disability.
Is it Fair to say they are beyond touch hurting the children even more by placing them in foster care. Claiming the parents are unfit- my question to you is what makes a unfit parent? If a US Citizen who shows no sign of abuse or neglect to a child does child welfare have the right to take a child?
